MMERYNE
Holding company

Built by people who bet early.
Built to last.

Meryne builds and operates a focused group of software companies worth betting on, solving problems that don't expire, and sharing what they become with the people who take that bet early.

What we are

A holding company that builds.

Meryne isn't a fund placing bets from a distance. We build and operate the companies in the group, staffing them, shipping them, and carrying the risk next to the people we hire.

Each one serves a problem that doesn't expire: remembering why decisions were made, governing how information moves, keeping an honest record as the people around it change. We build them to be genuinely good, the kind of software a serious organization can trust and build on.

The thesis

The right software doesn't depreciate. Used well, it remembers, and what it remembers compounds.

Most enterprise tools lose value the moment they ship: a document store is as useful on day one as on day one thousand. The companies we build are different by design. Every decision captured, every record kept, every pattern surfaced makes the next one more valuable.

That single property, value that accrues with use, is what makes a company worth building in the first place, and it's the test every Meryne company has to pass.

The companies

A focused group.

We would rather build two companies we understand completely than ten we don't. Each operates independently, with its own team and roadmap, on a shared standard of security, evidence, and data ownership.

Organizational Memory Platform

Gateway Architect

Captures the architectural decisions an engineering organization makes, records how they played out, and surfaces that context the moment a new decision is required, so institutional knowledge compounds instead of walking out the door. Generally available since May 2026.

The standard

One line every company in the group reports to.

01

Evidence over assertion

If it isn't in a log, we don't claim it. Everything our software does is attributable, exportable, and able to stand in front of an auditor.

02

Your data stays yours

Tenant-isolated by design. No customer data trains shared models; nothing pools across customers. Where governance data lives is treated as a first principle.

03

Built past the quarter

Open formats and clean exports are non-negotiable. We optimize for being correct in ten years, not impressive in ten weeks.

Careers

Join early. Share in what you build.

The companies in the group hire people who want to own hard, durable problems, and we make sure the people who bet early share in what they build.

Engineering, security, design, and the field roles that turn governance into something people actually use. Remote-first.
